NotJustBiz
A development agency that gets found instead of paying to be seen.
The problem
A new agency has no reputation and no ad budget. Competing for “web developer” searches is a losing game, but thousands of smaller, specific searches have far less competition.
The approach
- Target long-tail questions people ask about their own place, like “top 10 online businesses to start in Kano” or “best payment gateways in Kenya”.
- Localise the substance, not just the name: earnings appear in naira, cedis, hryvnia or dollars, and city pages list real local places.
- Give every article a practical “first step” and end it with an offer to build the reader a website, so each page doubles as a sales page for the agency.
The build
- One Next.js blog route generates every page, and each is prerendered and served as static HTML from the edge.
- Each page ships its own title, meta description, canonical URL and sitemap entry, plus a site-wide
ProfessionalServiceschema. - Built with Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
